Tin Pan Annie Music signs up Metrostar
for brand push into Retail
The leading provider of musical fun and education to
the little ones of South London, Tin Pan Annie Music, is working with Metrostar to extend its brand into
consumer products.
TPAM provides fun, exciting, stimulating, quality music education to thousands of babies and young children, through its classes, parties and CDs. TPAM also teaches at many local nursery and primary schools.
TPAM was created by Annie Houseago. Years of teaching experience, holiday work as a children's entertainer whilst at University and, perhaps most importantly, being a Mum, helped Annie to develop a structured, lively programme of classes with simple concepts and a formula that works. During the classes, the little ones not only have the best possible introduction to live music but they also develop invaluable social "life skills" such as joining-in, sharing, listening and performing in a happy, relaxed atmosphere. As a result, their confidence just grows and grows!
Claire Potter, Metrostar’s Managing Director says, “Tin Pan Annie Music is like buried treasure - there are so many parents and children that would love it but can’t access it. The difference it makes to children’s development is amazing – and they’re having so much fun they just don’t realize how much they’re learning. Our aim is to make Tin Pan Annie Music available to all children.”
Building on the success of the CDs and instruments sold at TPAM classes, Metrostar is working with TPAM to develop a range of fun musical education products for sale at retail and for use in primary schools and nurseries. We are especially interested in working with suppliers of well-made musical instruments and toys, book publishers and organizations supplying nurseries and schools with music education products.
